Lilly Anne Inc offers the following Returns Policy: Please read carefully. Due to the highly customized nature of our products, we can only offer to exchange products due to manufacturers defects. Claims against defective merchandise must be made within 14 days of ship date.
Lilly Anne Inc offers the following Canceled Order Policy: Please read carefully. All orders placed, but not yet shipped, - particularly custom imprinted items - are subject up to a 50% cancellation fee, depending on how much of our time & money is invested.
But, no worries. The normal canceled order cancellation fee is usually limited to 15% or less.
Holidays: We recognize and close for most traditional North American holidays - particularly Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Easter & The Fourth of July, etc. UPS also alters its operations for these, and other holidays, including the eve of those holidays.
Please plan your purchases and expected delivery times accordingly.
